LEO is the first enterprise in industry to pass VDE certification of ISO9001:2008 quality management system and of QC001002-5 hazardous substances management system. The laboratory took the lead in passing ISO17025 international standard certification and UL certification in industry, and obtaining VDE TDAP（Test Data Acceptance Program）certificate. HUNAN LEO CO., LTD (hereafter refer to as “the company”) is the wholly-owned subsidiary and production base for industrial pumps, which is invested by LEO. It is located in Jiuhuang Industrial Park in Xiangtan of Hunan province, adjacent to beautiful Xiangjiang River; its planning area is about 253 acres and total building area is about 92635m2. We are planning to invest about 500 million RMB altogether. LEO will provide the company with efficient and flexible operating mechanism, standardized corporate governance structure and go-ahead enterprise culture to ensure its sustainable development.
The leading products include large vertical oblique flow pump, axial flow pump, split-case double-suction centrifugal pump, multistage centrifugal pump, slurry pump, desulfurization pump, anti-corrosive chemical pump and process pump for aluminum industry. The product lines cover more than 20 product series and more than 1000 varieties, which are widely used for medium transfer in water conservancy, drainage and irrigation, petrochemical industry, chemical fertilizer, mines, metallurgy, power station, paper making and environmental protection etc. On the construction principle of high starting point, high investment, high grade and high level, by scientific planning and dedicated production, we are determined to be a modern pump manufacture base, which has the largest domestic scale, the best equipment, the strongest R&D capacity and the best product quality, to create values for customers and strive for Chinese pump industry development.
The equipments of processing and manufacturing are in a leading position in China, including a 8m numerical control vertical lathe, a 8m numerical control horizontal lathe, a large numerical control processing center, a large pump testing station with an area of 15000m3, a large heat treatment furnace with a size of 8m×8m×6m and so on. According to ISO9001:2008, the company has been equipped with advanced test equipments and established a complete product quality management system. Introducing a group of professional technicians and a strong R&D team, meanwhile, the company has established a close cooperative relationship with many national key universities and research institutions.
